Purchasing Beef & Pork for your family
Thank you for deciding to purchase beef and pork from our farm. That is a great decision for you and your family. It is a large upfront investment, but we are here to help you navigate the expense.
We ask that if you are interested in being added to our list for beef and pork, that you request sooner rather then later. We have limited spots available with our local butcher, to maintain your spot we do ask for a $100 deposit. We will also ask for your phone number and address at the time of order.

When your slot is ready we will notify you about a week before to remind you and confirm. We understand that finances and freezer space can change and want to be courteous, however, we ask that you do the same.

For the half and whole beef, they are sold to you by the live weight. Which means that the day your animal is taken to the butcher, we will let you know the weight and prices of your beef. The prices vary depending on the market. For current prices, please reach out. We ask that you please pay for your beef and/or pork within a week of getting the price. We will accept cash, check, Venmo and Zelle. If a half and whole are to much for your family, we are offering quarter beef's. With the quarter, you will have a set cut which can eliminate the confusion on how you should have your beef processed. Along with the standard cut list it is a set fee of $650.

If purchasing a half or a whole, the following week we ask that you reach out to the butcher to give him your instructions. This is your opportunity to choose the thickness of the steaks, the packaging size of hamburger, and many more options. Please don't be worried, the butcher will go through a checklist to make sure the meat is to your preference. Now we wait.

Our butcher allows the beef to hang for a minimum of 14 - 21 days. Having the beef rest, allows the lactic acid to break down the muscle and connective tissues to result in a much tender cut of beef. Roughly 30 days after the beef is dropped off you will be able to pick it up from the butcher. At time of pick up you will pay the butcher for his processing expenses.
